Sadly this is something I need to do, having lost 3 stone – 20Kg with a change of diet ,now I need to update this site with info about exercise and do some my self

Dietary changes will go  a lot of  way to being completely healthy,  exercise is needed to improve your fitness  . A daily walk can do wonders. Exercise  gives you energy, improves  circulation,  blood pressure, blood sugar levels, triglyceride levels,skin tone and many more things that will make you feel and look better. Changing your diet will help improve your health greatly , when you add just even modest  exercise can make further improvements to your health.
