Here is a wonderful healthy recipe to feed you and your family a high protein meat free meal. This dish contains no added oil or dairy. If you can eat gluten I would imagine it would be even better with a delicious large shell. And I bet cheese is good on it too! I like to add nutritional yeast once the dish is done to give it a super protein boost, it almost tastes like cheese. I did not include that in the video.. This dish also makes a great dip!!! Here are the ingredients to the Dish, everything is organic: 1 can refried beans, some lettuce, stone ground corn corn fajita shells, 3/4 cup frozen corn, half a green pepper diced, half a jalapeno pepper diced, 1/3 of an onion diced, 2 cloves of garlic diced, splash of vegetable broth, salsa, spice mix(one part black pepper, salt, chili powder, red cayenne pepper, and 2 parts cumin.)
