Meat glue

Much of the processed meat that is for sale today is stuck together using meat glue ,what happens is scraps of meat are collected together and glued to appear to be a whole piece of meat  this cost saving  practice makes food poisoning hundreds of times more likely ,

Meat glue is an enzyme called transglutaminase. Meat glues are made from the blood plasma of farm animals using the coagulant that makes blood clot as a type of super glue for meat binding  pieces of scrap meat together with  seams that even expert butchers cant tell the difference with. een glued together with bits and pieces of scraps!
